Go to the search directory and select what kind of search or food you want. The search screens (except by category) will all look similar to the diagram below.

How do I add items to grocery list or eliminiation diet?
/G - Click the G below to add the item to your Personal Grocery List.
/X - Click the X below to add the item to your Personal Elimination Diet.

How do you edit allergen properties for a single food item?
Edit - Click the blue number and then edit the food item in data base.
